Ehhh... More like niggers fail to provide consistent discipline (if any at all) for their spawn. Pretty much all mammals are capable of Pavlovian responses to stimuli, good monkey a gets banana, bad monkey gets smacked, they eventually learn to perform or avoid certain behaviors if you are quick and consistent with responses. Cotton ultimately did get picked.

Performing the training is the thing that takes frontal lobe power, it is the part that requires intellect and human level reasoning. Performing the discipline, actually raising the children, this is where the nog is incapable.
