In the Chauvin trial they put a 9 year old on the stand that said it was murder and then said she said it's murder, so it is murder after cooking the jury pool to get the most favorable jury possible.
None of the prosecutions expert witnesses agreed on the cause of death.
One of the witnesses was so bad to the prosecution, the defense called them back to make the defenses case.
One of the jurors was a literal BLM activist whose parents were paid to speak at BLM pre-riots.
This fact right here would have any competent legal team hitting this out of the park for mistrial. Chauvin's team are a bunch of amateurs.
