If we had an actual border, this would be evidence to block an asylum claim.

Problem is that only a few are actual asylum seekers; most are simply migrants or "convenience refugees"..

A asylum seeker refusing a visa at a safe haven, forefeits his or her right to asylum.. if registered.

Refused a visa? Turn them around, and kick them back to where they came from.

Problem is that a (small-) percentage of these people actually are in need of refuge and the system is evidently not capable of a speedy initial rough sorting of needy vs leechy, before the administratively heavy asylum case management.. reasons being named as "humane" ones..

Thats why I said what I said. They ARE locusts, but they claim asylum when they get here. Then they get released into the public.

It's a problem all over that the legislation is not followed on this; in the EU "convenience refugees" arrive in border countries like Italy, Spain and Greece, are registered there and move further north for more gibs and for (((some odd reason))), they're not returned to sender, pending the asylum case management..
