There should never be national coordination between school boards at all. School boards are supposed to be local as a response to local parents of kids actually attention the local schools. Instead apparently it has been trying to become a new national power hierarchy for the executives. Simply fire all national school board executives. Pay no money to them from local school boards. It's all supposed to be local only.
