Hopefully I write this so people see it the way I do. I 100% know Kyle acted in self defense. But to a jury it boils down to the first shooting. Why just the first? When his attorneys proves the first shooting was justified its very easy for the next two. We see on camera he was hit with a skateboard and had a gun pointed at him while running to the police. Pretty easy case. But the first one holds the key to those. Lets say the prosecution argues the first isnt justified, the 2nd 2 shot are now just trying to detain someone who commited a crime, theres no self defense there. They need to focus on the first shooting hard.
