If the story I've read is true, where Baldwin "jokingly" pointed the "prop gun" at the two people and fired, he should've absolutely been arrested. This was a massive OSHA safety violation for one thing, and then there's the criminal aspect. Just watch, the non-union worker who handled and loaded the gun will take the fucking fall.
