For those of you not following, Robert Barnes is a U.S. lawyer who recently began helping Tyson Foods employees battle the vax mandates. Tyson was one of the first companies to deny all religious exemptions, and also one of the first to "technically not fire" non-compliant employees. They just pulled another trick out of their hat. Despite agreeing not to, they have sent the injunction to a federal court. This will buy them enough time to fire and harass employees.
