I just kinda stopped giving a shit and paying more attention to my girl. Life is great when you aren't permaglued to politics. I was up to date and it honestly wears out anyone, even those of us with the stomach to eat a full course meal while watching surgery. The mind can be worn down through brute force or chiseled away bit by bit and that's one of the tricks of politics. They break you down and build you back in their likeness. Like the military but slower and subtler and without the benefits of physical fitness.
