i saw a video on it on jewbook before finding this link. it has no issue with masked faces.
as for what that comment means, it's just a retarded word salad which admits what he's pretending to deny. the camera reads the face, obviously. your face has whatever unique measurement data etc. it has that is your biometric data or 'key' which says who you are.
