My cabelas (champion) will power my whole house for about 18 hours on a tank
But how many gallons is the tank and how many kWh do you use in 18 hours?
If I don't use the central air the 2000 Watt generator can handle my house no problems. It will take 3 gallons per 24 hours or so.

I think 3. I have splits so ac is efficient but usually I need heat if no power.
