If you got the know how and the ability/equipment to donate a organ from your family member into a person of your choice and after the procedure follow the strict regimen and medications needed to be taken by the recipient of the organ, great.
There are hundreds of people on the list that will do anything for an organ, getting the organ is 1 step out of many for a transplant.
