Well my property developer in Florida cannot finish housing projects for reasons as small as a single kidding pane of glass not due for six months.

It's all breaking down. Only immediate fix is for the governmentd to collapse. (without regulations the property Dev could board up the window or use glass to a different standards or hand over to owners as is)
