Ahh more Conservative shyster media trying to make something that is PERFECTLY LEGAL out to be some "dark conspiracy". It's not. The Army provider literally walked her through what would happen to her if she didn't take the shot:

1: Don't get vaccinated, which initiates an administrative Flag which prevents her from leaving the Army and subjects her to judicial punishment, up to an including chapter for General (under honorable conditions) Discharge.

2: Fill out and submit a vaccination exemption and see what the Army determines that they'll grant her exemption.

Her status as being a pending medical retiree has nothing to do with it. All she has to do is fill out an exemption waiver request and submit it and go on leave.

Except for the part where the army forbade him from issuing medical waivers.

He can't issue a medical waiver as that is not his role. Medical waivers are processed at a different place, and by the Office of the General Surgeon. Otherwise, every vaccine refuser would just beat down the door of their primary care manager (doctor) and would demand a medical waiver. The provider on that audio isn't allowed to issue medical waivers as its outside his scope of responsibility.

It’s no different from what’s happening to doctors on the outside from medical boards. Go try to get a waiver from a doctor and see what happens.

He sounds like he’s doing better the a civilian doctor and is one of the good guys. You probably never served or you’d know that the conversation could’ve went completely differently.

Look at my post history faggot. I'm trying to get a religious waiver. My paperwork has already been submitted and I'm just waiting for a response.

Anyways, I never said he was one of the bad guys. He just sounds like a good guy with his hands tied by higher ranks. That was a much better conversation than I had with my Shirt when he sat me down and warned me about administrative discharges.

Of course Army regulations and leadership is different than mine (Air Force), but sounds like that base has shit leadership if they're forcing people to get unrelated medical treatments when they're in the process of medically separating.
