Fun fact. OSHA rules are not federal law. Unless a company is a federal contractor, they aren't required to abide OSHA rules.
And sure they can fine companies for non compliance, but I bet the ones that can't afford the legal fight will just say, "Sure, everyone is vaxxed or exempted."
I'm sure many Christian CEOs will take the easy route and ask everyone to declare themselves as either vaxxed or exempt, but there will be no consequences for anyone who declares an exemption. That should be completely legal and avoid any fines.

Corporations are captive the to govt. When they need a bail out (and some day they will), the govt decides who gets one and who doesn't. That's the lesson we learned from financial institutions in the 2008 financial crisis. Those who didn't get money had a history of not cooperating with the Fed. CEO know this well and will not buck the administration.
