So another game of chicken? Ohsa can’t do shit and most companies didn’t anytging because they didn’t want to spend millions setting up a testing program and then not have it meet the ohsa requirements and spend millions more to comply for a rule that was never going to happen.
Now the labor department is supposedly going to issue a vaccine mandate only, I don’t see this holding up either, just another bluff.
Luckily my GF works for a pretty good company and won’t do anything until a rule is published and even though 80% are vaccinated anyone who will want an exemption should be able to get one. Unless the labor department says no exemptions then it’s going to be overturned in a matter of days at most.
