It's pretty trivial to build something similar in a stationary format that you could place a few dozen of around your compound, too. Automated turret rifles with elevated positions > a bunch of quadrupeds with automated turret rifles.
Also it's FLIR based, which means jamming is only a matter of setting up heat decoys. If it has backup IR sensors, use IR lights.
