If you are fat, have underlying health conditions or are unhealthy in general, I'd suggest getting the clot shot. Covid, aka the seasonal flu, is really fucking bad. Really bad. I'm older and fat and it kicked the living shit out of me. Fucked up my lungs and oxygen and makes you feel miserable in a way I've never experienced in my life. Went to the hospital and they said there is nothing we can do for you, go home, you'll either die or live. Still suffering over a month later. But I lived (so far), just like 99.9% of other people.

For reference though, I caught the seasonal flu at a party where almost 20 other people at the party came down with it. All younger and healthier than me. They all said it was a really bad cold. All got over it quickly. I was the only one out of 20 people who got really sick. The people who were vaccinated at the party, didn't get sick. Most likely though, since they were younger, it would have just been a bad cold for them.

I'll most likely survive this and have natural immunity. The lesson, get healthy, exercise and take the fuck care of yourself. If you have any underlying conditions like snoring, constant stuffy head, high blood pressure or other weird shit going on, see a specialist and try to get those problems fixed as well. Those are the kinds of problems that will amplify this flu and possibly kill you.
