FYI, aid from the US is typically a bribe to get the receiving country to do something the US wants them to do, unless the country is israel in which case it's given to help genocide the Palestinians. I wonder what the bribe was for, could be something as simple as "please don't burn down the US embassy" or did they already do that? I sincerely hope at least some of those funds have been earmarked by the Taliban for throwing faggots and pedos off of rooftops.
