Now people need to start suing their private employers.
My guess, as a healthcare worker that resigned along with 40% of my vaxxed & unvaxxed coworkers over the past 3 months in my department where I live in Washington State, some of them are starting to realize how fucked their public/private medical systems are now that the staffing shortage has been exacerbated by these illegal and immoral mandates. My local hospital E.R. alone has lost 20 nurses, out of the 43 that still worked there before our 100% fairly elected Governor's Vax Ultimatum. There's still a couple of them sticking around refusing to sign the religious exemption, but I think we all know how that'll go by the Oct 18th deadline.
It's far too late now, the damage has been done and this winter is going to be a dark and deadly one - by DESIGN. If you live in WA state, or California, NY, or any other shittily governed shithole, get the fuck out while you are still able to. I'm sticking around for the sake of my mother, then I'm gone. That is, if I'm not in prison or dead yet for the Class 6 felony I'm being charged with for capturing (stealing) the hospital's flag the night I wrote my letter of "fuck this shit I'm out" on the hospital's floor.
Liberty or Death is literally the choice every citizen of this country has to make. Unfortunately, compliance is slavery, and slavery is Death.
They filed the lawsuit.
Don't be an idiot and don't fall for this narrative. This is illegal bullshit and violates not only the constitution but your actual physical sovereignty weather a judge says so or not.
The courts do not determine your rights and they don't have the authority to "interpret" the constitution.
Texas ended the gene therapy mandate threat, also.

For now. There are still activists Judges & the Biden administration that can still fuck things up.
Too little, too late.
Not too late. Texas and Florida have put the sneed to gene therapy mandates. The mandate agenda is falling apart, globally.
