An anonymous worker from the West Coast Port of Los Angeles came forward on “The Stew Peters Show” to discuss the claimed issues around the cargo ship backlogs. It happened immediately in spring of 2020. Couldn't get seeds to plant locally. It was/is a planned slow down. They want to keep people off balance. Shortages are coming though due to weather and crop loses. See Ice Age Farmer on youtube.
