$1000 per infraction until the lege addresses it in a law, and then they can attach whatever they want. My choice would be $100,000 per infraction plus the amount of any federal fine for not imposing a mandate (like the proposed $70,000 OSHA fine).

It's in the actual EO itself. Abbott actually issues them, unlike Biden. I've linked it below.

-2. The maximum fine allowed under Section 418.173 of the Texas Government Code and the State’ s emergency management plan shall apply to any “failure to comply with” this executive order. Confinement in jail is not an available penalty for violating this executive order.

The max fine in 418.173 is $1000 and/or 180 days in jail. Abbott took out the jail term.

There is also the likelihood that violators will lose their franchise tax license and any other licenses in Texas (which was part of earlier EOs) so even if you think you can take the fine, Texas will just take away your ability to legally do business.
