COVID-19 vaccine is safe and effective

What a way to be a total cuck and cancel out what should be a gigachadly move.

[–] 18 pts

It’s so safe and effective that Congress is exempt from any mandates

Why did you show them your dick pics?

[–] 4 pts

My sister works for somebody in Congress. Works in their office. She also thinks that the government should be allowed to mandate the vaccine. I’m gonna talk to her tomorrow and I’m very curious on what her answer is gonna be when I ask why they’re exempt. If it’s so safe and effective and all that, then why don’t they have to do it. Nope. It’s only us, the cattle. Sheep. Peasants. Slaves. I mean know why. Money. I’d like to hear her answer though.

They're giving lipservice in an attempt to prevent further polarization and escalation.

It's noble in a way, but it's also the reason we consistently lose ground. It also won't work because it just emboldens the left.

[–] [deleted] 5 pts

Yeah, I read that shit with annoyance too. There is always the simple FACT that if it was safe and effective and a good defense from the cohen19 virus they would have to keep saying this shit all the time.

[–] 3 pts

Also, where are the penalties? So no entity is “allowed” to compel vaccination, but if they do, then what?

Did I miss something or is this a toothless bullshit decree?

OH SHIT! SOMEONE around here is paying too much attention!

Did I miss something or is this a toothless bullshit decree?

Well, I think you already know the answer to this. Biden's "mandate" also is nothing more than hot air but companies are acting on it as if it is law so the left gets it both ways. No court can throw that out! In this case I believe as you do, this is nothing more than half assed virtue signalling. Texas is minority white now and it's getting worse every day there......

$1000 per infraction until the lege addresses it in a law, and then they can attach whatever they want. My choice would be $100,000 per infraction plus the amount of any federal fine for not imposing a mandate (like the proposed $70,000 OSHA fine).

[–] 3 pts (edited )

It’s should always be a choice. But informed consent is also attached to that Nuremberg medical code. (This is why you hear all the fast speaking nasty side effects on every other ad that happens to try to sell drugs.) So when he says it’s a choice. Then goes on to say that “safe and effective” doesn’t really get his ass out of the noose. But then again, he’s also no medical “expert”. There is going to be a hot potato when the cards fall about this phony pandemic, and the real dangers of this experimental shot. This seems like he’s trying to pass that hot potato on. Or he doesn’t want big pharm media machine on him. And I bet there’s people out there that thing it should be a choice but we’re also dumb enough to get it. So maybe he’s trying not to discourage the ones on the fense. Even though that statement might get dumb asses to finally take the full shots. If 187m are gonna die from malpractice and fabricated fear. Might as well be dumb asses and negros. Majority of Israel is vaccinated. Their hospitals are filling up. So who fucking cares. If it remains a solid choice.

"Safe and effective" hasn't been proven.

[–] 0 pt

It’s safe for liability reason because you can’t sue for damages. And effective in wiping out populations.

[–] 2 pts

Wrong. Fools say mandates should be banned because the vax is unsafe. No, mandates should be banned because fuck mandates. Abbot's stance makes that clear.

[–] 5 pts

No shit. He could have done that and left off the faux vax cocksucking altogether.

[–] 2 pts

Yes. Thank you. It’s not if the vaccine is dangerous. It’s about freedom. Let’s assume the virus was super deadly. Let’s also assume that the vaccine was safe and actually worked. Neither is true. But for now let’s assume. I’m that scenario by not getting the virus I know I’m taking a risk. If I get it I’ll spread it but only to people who also knowingly took the risk. Ok back to reality. They say it’s for your health. People who don’t exercise talking to me about health. Ahh I’m gonna stop here or this will be way too long

[–] 0 pt

It takes away a court challenge that claims that Abbott is doing this based on some kind of science-rational basis rather than personal freedom.

[–] 8 pts

Texas is sounding better and better.

[–] 3 pts

I live in texas. Send me your dick pics and I’ll clear a spot on the couch

Next to the other spots you haven't identified yet?

Apparently Texas is pro big government, and against businesses

[–] 5 pts

because vax mandates are totally small government and pro business.

what a colossal faggot with retarded, tiny brain takes you are.

[–] [deleted] 3 pts (edited )

He's a kike gaslighting that is all. His argument is circular or paradoxical and he will always and only be in favor when rights give him more power to strip you of rights he doesn't want you a goy to have. Their primary tactic are circular arguments, language loophole exploitation and redefinition. He affirms his right to discriminate while disaffirming your right to privacy. He has no morals or belief in any rights for goy and will argue one position while it's in his favor and when it's not he will argue from the other position.

[–] 1 pt

I agree with you. It's sad that Kristi Noem is using the exact reasoning you replied to as why she is not supporting a ban.

[–] 7 pts

Some jew federal judge will overrule, say its unconstitutional not to be force injected with death serum. Happens everytime

[–] 1 pt

Or the next governor will nullify it

[–] 1 pt

Feds don't have jurisdiction. It will go to a county judge, who is elected, and a hand chosen Democrat, and that judge will issue an injunction against it. Then it will fast track to the Texas Supreme Court, which is also elected and all Republican, and they will overturn the county judge (like has happened on every single one of these EOs.)

[–] [deleted] 5 pts

Time for the rest of the red southern states to do the same.

[–] 4 pts

For real. I just wanna say I’m happy we live in a country where states can do shit like this. It’s a beautiful thing.

[–] 0 pt

As a Texan, I am really liking how Abbott and De Santis have to keep one-upping each other. A little competition means shit is finally moving.

[–] -3 pt

Fuck off commie. Why shouldn't private businesses do as they please?

[–] 3 pts

Bake the cake bigot

[–] 0 pt

Exactly, let businesses decide themselves

[–] [deleted] 1 pt (edited )

You brought this on yourselves. You couldn't leave it alone while all we wanted to do was be left alone. You thought you had the perfect loophole to exile us from society and discriminate against us. We didn't want to put on the arm bands but you would have it no other way. We haven't even started goose stepping yet. You better watch the fuck out.

[–] 0 pt

How is banning private businesses doing as they wish being "left alone"?

[–] 0 pt

Private businesses can. The problem is that we've let soulless corporations act like they are private businesses.

[–] 5 pts

What about federal workers in Texas?

[–] 1 pt

This and what about Medicare and medicaid dollars being withheld? Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

[–] 1 pt

Voters won't blame Abbott for Medicare not paying. They don't even know who Abbott is. They will blame Medicare and therefore Biden.

[–] 0 pt

Maybe. A lot of them believe whatever CNN tells them.

But logistical what would this look like for nursing homes? Will they discharge all those residents? Where would they go?

[–] -1 pt

What about them? They are already on the wrong side of the battlefield for the upcoming boog.

[–] 4 pts

Abbott is still a jew-loving faggot though

[–] 4 pts

The most clean way to do this would be to just reaffirm a person's right to medical privacy. The employer can mandate the vaxx all day long, but can't require any proof that it was given.

[–] [deleted] 2 pts

In addition to not being able to ask you anything about your medical status, religious preferences, political affiliation or financial associations. This was SOP and you would get your ass sued and lose before covid hysteria.

[–] 3 pts

The only reason he's doing this is because Southwest is based in Texas. Loads of healthcare and other workers have already been fired and he didn't do shit about it then.

[–] 2 pts

This was the big enchilada and impetus for Abbot calling the Third Special Session of The Lege. Redistricting? Cool. No tranny boys competing against girls? Absolutely. No coerced jab. Wait, what? Yeah, you fucking read that right. Suck it, Feds.

[–] 1 pt

Bout foking time

[–] 1 pt

What about healthcare? Does this cover them as well? I hate that people providing direct patient care have had flu shots mandated for years. No medical treatment should be mandated for any reason.

[–] 0 pt

Hear hear. Though I’ve heard of people “getting” around the flu vaccination year after year.
