So she says “fuck cheer” but the cheerleading team can’t suspend her? This is a victory? The team wasn’t trying to silence her free speech, she’s allowed to say that. But now they can’t suspend her even if she decides to continue to talk trash about the team, or if she wants to say things about the coaches or other cheerleaders now there’s nothing they can do to her. Explain to me how this is a victory. This has nothing to do with free speech. No one even tried to limit her speech - they just don’t want her around the same team she trashed with her completely unobstructed free speech.
