Stick with the facts. She said "F --- cheer" with a pic of her giving a middle finger. How does that stop business and become a business defamation? She didn't say "F my junior varsity team and Mytown High School don't buy their cookies for fundraising because the cookies are poison don't go to the HS games if they sell tickets and stop going to that school"
So if she says that about your business that you started, and you hire her, you’re OK that now you can’t fire her?
You did not read the article. It laid out the precise legal reasons for the decision, which are unique to a public school student's situation and cannot be applied to private employment. Laziness leads to ignorance, which is identical in results to stupidity. Break that cycle of stupidity and read the article BEFORE you comment on it.
