Jury trials only work if the population actually wants to support the laws. A larger and larger percentage of the population do not want to support the laws the founding forefathers expected. And its not a lack of education and likely the future population can't be redirected. The only real solution if for those who want to follow the original laws to separate from the population that doesn't.
