Yeah I know about the nogs, but... I have not personally seen one unruly passenger on a plane. I have seen some in the airport. OTOH, I have seen Flight Attendants be absolute dickbags numerous times, including to me when I wasn't doing anything wrong. So when I hear about these fights, I have a pretty good idea who started it.
