Sounds like a manufactured problem.
Government created shortages cause energy costs to rise, CO2 producers have to shut down because it's no longer profitable, packaging suffers as a result and boom you have a shortage of all this stuff.
Just-in-time manufacturing makes sense for shit like cars, but not so much for food or other essential commodities where a breakdown in the supply chain caused by faggot kike governments doing lockdowns and bullshit will put a huge kink in the works.
