No, you missed the part where they clearly said it was a German Citizen whose name is not being released for privacy reasons. I'm sure it means his name was hans frankenwolfer and he is blond haired and blue eyed. For real though it's hilarious how far they've gone to hide the fact that "New Germans" are rapey and violent.
