Actually you do.. you guys have it backwards. By saying nothing, the state has to make a case based solely on what they find. If they're wrong, and in trial, his defense can prove the wrong aspects of the case, you have reasonable doubt. You never talk, and you always lawyer up. ALWAYS. Look at Simpson, the Ramseys, etc. Always lawyer up, NEVER say a word.
