How is this ABC? It looks like an independent organization.
Full Measure is broadcast to 43 million households in 79 markets on 162 Sinclair Broadcast Group stations, including ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, CW, MyTV, Univision and Telemundo affiliates. It also streams live Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. ET.
But it’s not part of ABC News which is what was implied. This has Sharyl Attkisson all over it. I like her, but she pretends she’s “nonpartisan” and no one is buying it.
I agree with her on a lot of issues. Again, I like her, but ABC News reporting this would be a much bigger deal but they are not.
That would be like saying a syndicated non-network show is created by a major network when a local network station broadcasts that syndicated show at 6:00 PM in its local market.
My local NBC affiliate aired Star Trek The Next Generation back in the day. Claiming it was an NBC show would be completely incorrect.
