Their alarm over 70 deaths per day would easily be countered by pro-vaxxers as due to the unprecedented number of people being vaccinated. You want to make an argument based on death rate, as compared to the death rate of other vaccines. Or one based on using a new drug on so many people in such a short time, before long-term testing has been done.
