Wouldnt all this require essentially removing banks as we know them? The only way this would work is if social security accounts merged with normal day to day banking, so the IRS would have a record of the inputs and outputs. Sure banks could cooperate but there's so amny systems out there, it wouldnt be a smooth transition. And they would need to ban cash, barter, informal deals, verbal agreements, etc to get this to work
That's the plan.
