Not really. Ruralites have some bolt actions and shotguns but that's about it.
The Australian gun turn in was pretty low compliance rate. Those guns exist somewhere.
And if I remember correctly, there was a huge shortage of PVC pipe at the same time. They were burying them.
You don’t need guns to disrupt the power.
Bolt action is perfect, shotguns are good too, crossbows, there are high powered air guns that can rival a .38 or a .45.
The type of gun isn't that important, the most important thing is the finger, the finger must be able to pull the trigger. That part is really in short supply.
A good trigger puller could easily find himself with a better weapon in a matter of minutes.
What's the point of a weapon that doesn't fire? Nada, you don't need it.
