I can't really go into detail about possibilities but it's been done to death elsewhere. The problem is that the M&P still have their rations and maintain full capability, electricity, fuel, etc. The people don't have much capability, nor are they exceedingly brave. The playing field would have to be leveled considerably and it could be but again, the people are only really capable of waddling around with a sign or two and complaining. They would almost need a seal team or something like that, but they don't have it. Even so, you probably couldn't even get them to attack a significantly weakened enemy. They've got a bunch of a fags with phones that barely have any will to live.
