Why won't people take our minimum wage, no future, no pension, low benefits, jobs?!!! Don't they want to work!
Literally, the richest man in the world, wants you to work for the most profitable company in the world, under those conditions.
Don't forget the health insurance you can't afford, that will bankrupt you should you ever have to actually use it, and the lovely taxes on top of it all.
Fix the model. Its broke.
Even the places around here that offer more money don't give you a reasonable schedule. Come in for 2 hours at the lunch rush and go home for 3 hours then come back for 2 more! What could go wrong?
This is what people(boomers) don't understand. What we are seeing in the labor market is what the "market" dictates. Supply and demand. And oversupply of jobs nobody wants. It's just unfortunate that the ponzi is built upon sand.
