If the election if thought to be valid, they can't do anything. Just because there's overwhelming evidence, doesn't mean anything if the courts don't agree with the claims. The military can only lawfully act once the courts say there was fraud and the election is invalid. Until then, you are asking them to commit mutiny.
Btw, I've read the CONSTITUTION several times, and must have missed the clause after "...to uphold and protect the CONSTITUTION against ALL enemies foreign and domestic" where it states "pending a court order or by direction of the President, Vice President, and/or Speaker of the House".
Maybe you could direct me to that section, or are you reading from "The Constitution According To Democrats" AKA "The Constitution For Dummies" AKA "The Complete Idiots Guide to the Constitution"?
I've read it too, but when they wrote the Constitution, the UCMJ didn't exist. If we want the military to take action like they are lawfully allowed to, we have to get rid of the UCMJ which turns them protecting the Constitution into mutiny.

Truman signed the UCMJ, limiting the military's ability to take corrective action. That's why they can't do anything until their actions are going to be considered legal.
