The one in the Netherlands also works very well, as does the one in Belgium. Allthough at this point, those places will happily go underwater and global warming will be blamed, instead of failing infrastructure

It's not the temperature of the planet, but the size of the pumps that count. With a big enough pump I think you could live anywhere.
