How many times have I heard this story about Paypal?

One could easily interpret this as a deliberate policy of theft.

I've heard it a lot. Disgruntled customers are one thing, but I've never heard paypal even defend itself. All of their customers appear to hate them, and paypal just rests on some sort of monopoly.

I quit using paypal 5 years ago and gpay a year ago. both served a purpose at the time, there is little reason to continue to use either. shut paypal down with your spending habits.

ehhh... its not about it being conservative or veteran this is a liability issue for paypal. if it was a liberal doing this i bet they would do the same thing, only thing is i dont know if such a liberal could actually exist. the cognitive dissonance would be huge

I was going to say something similar, PayPal is very pussy when it comes to anything that's not whitebread, even though I'm sure the term "white" probably makes them piss their panties.

Many, if not all of the events I used to attend over the years have dropped them as a payment processor because they simply can't take the risk of one of the controversial or outspoken panels being declared "against the TOS" and having their account frozen.

Not feeling too bad about this at the moment since I ordered a mask from this guy on the 14th. On the 17th I get an email that says it has shipped. I go to the USPS tracking number and it shows that a label has been created nothing more. They haven't received it at the post office. I call the contact us number. I get a machine and its full so I cant leave a message. STILL don't have the mask nor has it left the guys place so I'm on the fuck him bandwagon at the moment. I think he's a scam.

No i get that part of it but order for THEM to be slow they have to GET the package. They don't have it. They only have a record that a label was created by the shipper.

Not to say what's happening isn't a scam, but until a couple days go by without updating, you should take the online status with a grain of salt. Often it will update several days after the fact, or not at all.

PayPal is a dinosaur when it comes to payment processing anyways. They will take similar action as above if you ever try to chargeback something through your bank instead of them.

Politics aside, why anyone uses them is still beyond me. There are so many better and easier ways to pay with just as much or more protections, and without the PayPal middleman bending the sellers over.

Pretty long time ago, back when ebay was a thing, they let some niggers recall a payment after the product was sent. Good thing I took the money out just before they recalled it. Fuck paypal
