Looking at the pic in the article - if you have enough money to buy a tablet, then you have enough money to buy a &%$#@ can of paint. At least get a &%$# washcloth and wipe the wall down. Doesn't look like she is missing too many meals, maybe go on a diet and use the money you save to buy a paintbrush.
