This article doesn't make sense and is loaded with bias. Re "Last week, the judge refused a motion to dismiss the trial". In every civil lawsuit, once the lower court makes a ruling , you can then appeal to the next higher court and don't have to wait for the trial when you believe there was an error in the lower court's ruling. There is nothing unusual about doing that. There can be any number of appeals if the lower court judge makes a ruling that the defense team has a good legal argument and wants to challenge it. The appeal that is going to be made here, would be dispositive of the entire case and a ruling by appeals court in Lindell's favor will end the lawsuit, if the other side doesn't appeal to sup. ct. The article making it appear as though Lindell is doing something crazy, is just another worthless hit piece and a bit of propaganda in Marxists'/Dominion's favor to make people want to disassociate from and not listen to Lindell.
