'mandates'

When are you Americans, and shit, the rest of the fucking world, going to realize 'mandate' is a CHINESE term. ANY fucking organization using that term is a chi-com slave.

This 'mandate' term came out of the middle of fucking no-where and everyone just obeyed like a collective group of lemming retards.
