I did some electrical work for a building that our access was from Lower Wacker a couple years back. For a while we had to be at work at 2-3 am because we we're doing lobby work for the umpteenth fucking floor. Lower Wacker is already full of homeless and junkies daily, but one day at like 3 in the morning on a Tuesday or something, here comes a hundred 16-20 year olds all riding Razor Scooters down Lower Wacker Thought for sure they were gonna rob the van while we had the back doors open.
