State <=> private owners => means of production
The state owns the means of production via proxy private owners. Said private owners in turn are forced to become political. To become Members of the ruling party and or campaign contributions bribes etc.
Because companies don't need consumer approval. They can get mandated customers say forced product purchases. E. G Obama care. Or the state buys directly. E. G industrial military complex. Or companies are awarded monopolies. Licenses or through regulations. Companies can afford to sculp or or offer terrible service.
And because politicians rule by endorsement. (exception was trump) they don't need a voter base.

So what was going on with Hitler and his program that turned germanys economy around so much the jew rothchild international bankers and England decided it had to be stopped or Germany would basically take over economical y? I've read a little about it and don't claim to understand it all but the German miracle seems to have been working? Would it eventually burned out and Hitler needed war like all countries do to keep things going? Or is thwir something else going on?
For starters the economy was trashed by Versailles. Then it was trashed by reserve Bank funding sozi policies aka the great depression.
Then it was trashed by Hitler.
Forget the bs. Hitler hired millions of men and paid then subsistence wages. The individual wealth was way less than usa.
Also note that non nazi led the economy recovery. Look up Hjalmar Schacht By 1939 German was largely bankrupt. It needed to loot other nations treasuries which it did.
Finally understand that greater Reich economy was much larger than ussr in every stat except oil production yet ussr out produced them.
Because their economic system was inefficient. It was so bad udet killed himself trying to fix it though he did a number of good things Speer took credit for.
One funny story was that nazis sent the same amount of aluminum to all their factories. Easy accounting I guess. Fighter factories got too much. Bombers too little. That's central planning for you
