That's why companies promise this shit when you think about it, its easy to promise the world to your employees when the payout never happens. Like those companies promising 40% bonuses for good perfromance, i quickly remind them to tell me what the average bonus rate is, i couldnt give a shit what the maximum rate is, since no one except maybe one employee (usually the CEO) receives it
