Hang him . This special type of crimminal has weaponised fire, and ruined thousands of lives just in the last few years.

I have no doubt that after the recent fires in California we could put an initiative on the ballot to make arson resulting in death a capital offense in California. Even liberal California continues to vote for the death penalty every time it comes up.
