Michael Byrd is a murder, yes. He deliberately and without warning shot Babbitt in the throat and killed her. He was given orders to shoot anyone coming through the barricade by someone high up the food chain in Congress. I have no doubt about this -- the shooting was too cold-blooded, too calculated. The question is, who? Both Byrd and the person who gave the order to shoot need to pay for their crime.
