When I was in it was well after and was still being discussed amongst the lower enlisted on multiple occasions. During the obama years and all the fens camp hysteria was going around most were just waiting to desert and head home as soon as the “round up” order was given. I’m still in contact with active duty soldiers and it’s the same. But you do have support personnel and higher ranks who might do it but support personnel would probably desert because they’d actually have to do something for a change. Then you have the “badasses” like cenk uyger, I swear I saw an interview where he claimed he was in the army but his wiki states college and law school and nothing about it. But it makes sense now because what he was saying was complete bullshit and outlandish. He claimed he was in the army and shot every weapon system the army had(no way), if he had actually served he may have saw some demonstrations from other combat arms but he didn’t get to fire them. Then claimed the military couldn’t be stopped and wouldn’t hesitate to kill any Americans who stood up to the globalist agenda(whatever he called it). I knew he was a clown before, even a bigger clown and trying to be a badass after that and now after looking at his wiki he’s a lying badass stolen valor clown.
