"The world today has 6.8 billion people. That's headed up to about nine billion. Now, if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we could lower that by, perhaps, 10 or 15 percent." - Bill Gates

If western nations stopped sending aid to third world countries we drop the population faster.

That will never happen, those savages are a resource used against us so they have a purpose .

How could new vaccines ever do anything except increase population by increasing survivability unless a vaccine was specifically designed to decrease survivability or reproduction? Its the smoking gun.

The classic rebuttal is "because by improving health, people tend to make less children, so bill is trying to do that" which is evidently a gross mischaracterization

There's a quantum jump between improving health and improving living standards

Improving living standards would do that eventually, over time, and UN vaccination programs aren't going to magically bring just that on the table, they will (supposedly) improve health by lowering the overall death rate related to various diseases

He continued by explaining the theory that parents will have more children when infant mortality is high, so as to ensure that several children will survive to take care of them as they grow old.

“If you improve health in a society … surprisingly, population growth goes down,” Gates told CNN in 2008. “And that's because a parent needs to have some children survive into adulthood to take care of them when they're old.”

“And so, if they think having six children is what they need to do to have at least two survive, that's what they'll do. And amazingly, across the entire world, as health improves, then the population growth actually is reduced.”

Except the available data shows it's not true https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/1/11/World_population_(UN).svg/1155px-World_population_(UN).svg.png

It's almost as if there are different species and they respond differently to the same changes.

There is the theory that if parents expect their children to survive into adulthood that they will have no need to have more than two children. Reality shows that only works for intelligent people though so shitskins will have even larger broods.
