Not too sure about the Eastern Church, but in the West a Christian is expected to be responsible for resisting his or her temptations, which is sort of what Free Will is all about. You can choose to sin, or to live an entirely sin-free life, or to accept Jesus as your Lord & Savior. Only one of those options allows you to blame having that cheeseburger on someone else, and even then He's doing you a big favor by accepting that blame unreservedly.
