IIRC his crime was flapping his gums. Isn't he the guy that told his biracial neighbor "anything darker than you coming up this street is getting shot"? He's kinda hard to defend, but hate crime laws shouldn't be a thing anyways.
Ya also what they left out is that every basketball american left in new Orleans was looting and raping. They thought they had a free pass to chimp out. As soon as someone tried to protect his community and family they threw the book at him. Meanwhile 1000s of nigs still walk free in their new jordans they looted while people where drowning in their attics
This is true but I can't help but realize in the same situation I'd stick to defending my own property. If I was witness to a crime being committed perhaps I'd intervene. Depends on the crime really. Rape... sure I'd shoot. I see the neighbor who likes to use his leaf blower at 6am on saturdays getting his TV stolen... well that's none of my business.
